I’ve always loved food. Period. Mainly eating it - but somewhere along the way, I realized I also enjoy cooking and entertaining (probably from years of watching my mom work her magic). Over the past decade, I dabbled in cake making, confidently believed I was one step away from a Food Network debut - until reality (and some lopsided frosting) humbled me.
Then, in early 2024, I decided to shake things up and signed up for a baking class…alone. It turns out nothing reignites your passion like awkwardly eating icing next to strangers. And honestly? I’m loving every minute of it. The early mornings, late nights, every order is meaningful.
