t is extremely important that you take extra caution when transporting cakes or delicate items! All of our product should be kept as flat as possible when transporting. All items should be held from the bottom and not by the sides of the box. They should be placed carefully on the passenger side floor of your car and kept at a cool temperature. Cakes should be kept out of direct heat or sunlight for extended periods of time. If you will be serving your cake within a 3-hour window, we suggest that you leave it in a cool place to be displayed until the time of serving. If you will not be serving it for well over 3 hours, we suggest that you refrigerate it when you arrive at your destination.  


We always make sure we are supplying you with a cold and sturdy cake and will do our best to help you get it securely in your vehicle but once the cake leaves our store, we are no longer responsible for it. To avoid any preventable mishaps please make yourself aware of these guidelines, listen to our staff when they explain the best way to transport your specific order, and ask questions if you are unsure of anything!  

How much notice do you need?

Clearly list dietary needs. We avoid allergens, but trace amounts are possible. Not for severe allergies. Buyer's responsibility. Cakes contain eggs, dairy, gluten unless noted.

How do you cater for customers with specific dietary requirements?

We love when our customers are prepared with inspiration for their order however, every artist has their own style and skill so we prefer to use it as an inspiration rather than an exact replica. Generally we are also working with slightly different sizes and materials to fit the specifics of your order so we sometimes need to alter the design to better suit your event! 

If I have a photo of a cake that I love, can you replicate it?

We understand things change, but we have limited space. With 5 days' notice, cancellations get a 50% refund, balance as store credit. We'll fully refund if we cancel, but aren't responsible for extra costs.

What is your policy for cancellations?

To ensure availability, please place all orders 10-14 days in advance, as our small team and limited space often lead to capacity issues. Custom orders placed within 7 business days of pickup are subject to a 20% rush fee, which covers the added costs of last-minute sourcing, schedule adjustments, and extra staff hours.

How do I properly transport and store my product/order from your store?

Please submit a request for a custom order, then I will be in touch within 24-48 hours to confirm my availability. If I am available to take your order, I will send an invoice and request full payment to confirm the order. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received and dates cannot be held without payment. No further payment will be required upon order pick up.
